Cauliflower soup

Rub 2T olive oil on 1 cauliflower.  Salt and roast for 90 mins. Sautee 1 leek and 2 rashers bacon. Add cauliflower and 1L low salt stock. Simmer 20 mins and blend.

6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 green onion, chopped 2 rashers of bacon, sliced 1 small zucchini, shaved into ribbons using a peeler 2 tablespoons self-raising flour 2 tablespoons milk Salt and cracked black pepper 1/3 cup grated tasty cheese 8
